I entered into real estate in 2000 making the transition from serving 15 years in the Royal Australian Air Force. My core values of professionalism, hard work, honesty and integrity that I grew up with in service life are now naturally a part of my career in real estate.

I live in Carine with my wife Leanne and two daughters Tahlia and Elise and have done since 1998. I love the area because of its brilliant family feel and it is simply so convenient. Parks, shops, cafes, great schools and the beach only minutes away. There’s plenty to love.

That was a smooth and effortless settlement and over the following years we ran into Ian on many occasions through our interest in the real estate market around the Duncraig area. Whilst Ian knew that mostly we were “tyre kickers”, just keeping an eye on what was happening in our suburb, he was always courteous and friendly and we got to know and trust him and sought his advice on marketing strategies for our properties. When we were considering the sale of our property in MacDougall Rise we invited Ian to come and offer advice on home improvements and ideas to improve our chances of a quick sale. We implemented many of his ideas and prepared our home as Ian suggested then sat down to discuss the sale. We were comfortable with his presentation and set date sale marketing strategy to the point where we had no need to speak to any other agents.
