A humble leader Jeanette sees her role and position as one that is to lead by example, to go on the field with her team to deliver outstanding service their clients have become accustomed to. It is a full 360-degree service offering that creates a client for life. “My role as principal is to coach my team, to navigate them to where they want to be in 1 year, 5 years or 10 years time. Every year, as a team, we look at where we want to be in the future, and not just in a professional manner but also in a personal view. The balance is a pivotal factor in ensuring there is the transparency of goals.” said Jeannette.
“The real estate world is a different career, it requires care and authenticity. There is no balance unless you create it. There is a lot of evening and weekend work, but as a team, we work together, finding each individual's balance so they have the support to do what they love and deliver for their families and clients.”
Starting out in real estate shy of 30 years ago, Jeannette has set the industry benchmark and then smashed it. She has managed many offices and held the title of youngest qualified property Auctioneer early in her career. She has received numerous accolades, during a distinguished career, including Realmarks prestigious APRIL Award for recognition of strong practice leadership and brand commitment.
When asked what makes her team so strong, Jeanette commented, “It is the team, our culture is so unique, we thrive off each other, we workshop, we bring in external speakers and mentors to give us a fresh perspective and I’m there for my team any time.” The Realmark North Coastal team have expanded over the years to cover the northern and coastal suburbs of Perth.
