Saturday night marked the annual REIWA Awards for 2020, held at the Crown Ball Room. It is a night were the industry, Agents and agencies come together and celebrate their learnings and success of the previous year.
The Realmark North Coastal team gathered together showcasing their comradery, friendship and bolstering culture lead by Director and Licensee, Jeanette Bates.
“It is a night when we can all go out together and celebrate, get glammed up, bring our partners and show what they have helped us create. In real estate it is very hard to get downtime, there is a lot of weekend and evening work and it usually means we miss out on some family occasions. The best part, I personally find, about the awards night is that we get to bring family and sit together to celebrate.” said Jeanette.
“This year was a special night for the team, when one of our own, Aaron Green, took out the award of ‘Grand Master’. This award signifies the highest sales performance and is one of the top accolades for an individual on the night. As a collective team, we have had a huge few years. All our Agents have celebrated their best year in real estate, our PM team have also grown significantly.
I personally could not be prouder of the team, how they come together and support each other.” When asked what she believes guides her team to the place they are today, Jeanette said, “It is ultimately them, we work to discover what each individual wants to achieve, personally and professionally and we create a plan. I hold one to one meetings weekly, to see where we are at, and what we need to do to push forward or put ourselves back on track. We have coaching and mentoring sessions where I personally provide guidance whilst also bringing in external coaches to give a fresh perspective and view of where everything is at.”
Jeanette Bates is one of few no selling Agents, dedicating her time and energy into growing her team and helping them achieve their goals. In her own right, Jeanette Bates has made waves in the real estate industry. She has won countless accolades, became one of the first female auctioneers in WA early in her career and lead teams to deliver results that have put new stature within it.
She has guided the award-winning Realmark North Coastal team for 25 years and counting, where some of the states top performing Agents, Property Managers and Support team members flourish. Winning industry State and National awards including, Master Sales Person, Top Performing Agents, Operational Support, Top office, and Property Management Business of the Year, to name a few.
