Coming from an Owner, Licensee and Leader in Jeanette Bates, who has dedicated her career to aid her team in fulfilling those goals through mentoring and coaching, it is no surprise that they are achieving recognition from peers and clients alike.

This year has seen personal growth, and a PB, for an Agent that has transitioned from Property Management into the selling arena in just 2 years. Agent, Dave Seah, came to the Realmark North Coastal team to work on developments before finding a passion for residential real estate. With the support around him, he set out to hone his skills and help buyers and sellers take the next steps in their own property journeys.
Dave has immersed himself in the community, getting to know the locals finding out what makes Greenwood special for them. Whenever possible, Dave tries to keep things local, by utilising local trades, from plumbers to gardeners and everything in between. A fan favourite is when he shouts coffee every Wednesday morning at 5 Points Kitchen.
Backed by the Realmark North Coastal team, Dave has become the go-to Agent in his dedicated area of Greenwood. When asked what led him to a career in the selling arena, Dave said, “My philosophy, in property, has been first and foremost to help people. I want to help my clients create their lifestyle aspirations through property. Having worked in property management helping investors manage their properties, I got an insight into what they were looking for in property and made the move to become a selling Agent.”
Dave has gone from strength to strength, hitting one milestone after the other. “It is all down to hard work, consistency and wanting to help clients solve problems,” he added.
Speaking with Realmark North Coastal Owner and Licensee, Jeanette Bates, she added, “As a team, we have a great work ethic and culture. We have a workshop at the beginning of the year, where we work out what each of us wants to achieve in the year ahead, personally and professionally. I personally work with each and every one of the team to mentor and coach them on a way to get there.
Dave knew where he wanted to go. He researched his core area to make sure he knew it inside and out. He worked with clients, researched and became the local expert, making sure he could answer any question they had on the area. Coming from a property management background he was also in a great position to aid investor clients in what to look out for.
The unique point of our office is our ability to collaborate and work with one another, to help each other achieve milestones. I’ve been in real estate for over 30 years and can wholeheartedly say what we have is something I am extremely proud of. Dave set out to smash his goals and he has recently closed his best year, his best quarter and his best month in real estate. He finished the quarter with 14 sold listings, an outstanding achievement.”
When asking Dave what his next move is, in his career, he said, “to become the go-to Agent in Greenwood, keep working hard, consistently delivering and solving problems for clients. To me, that is what achievement looks like.”
This year alone the North Coastal office has hit record milestones in the WA real estate world and there is no sign of them slowing down. As the team grows they continue to work together and go from strength to strength.
