Our teams are working remotely to help you with any property queries. All of our team members have the technology and online support structure in place to help you with any questions or concerns.
Let’s look at some scenarios that may help answer questions you have.
If you are in the middle of a sale or settlement, our Agents and support team are here ready to help, and documentation can be handled online to ensure all offers, acceptances and settlements proceed for you.
We do, however, expect some delays to move-in dates, whilst settlements will go through there may be some delays to exchange of keys due to restrictions.
If you have viewed a home in the last few days and are looking to make an offer on the property, reach out to the Agent, who will be able to talk you through the details and send all documentation electronically.
If you were planning on putting your property on the market our team have completed virtual walkthroughs to get your property listed in a time frame that suits you. This is all completed remotely to comply with current restrictions.
If you are an owner with an investment property, routine inspections will be postponed this week, and all going according to plan will resume next week. If a lease is due to expire or engage this week, this will also be postponed until next week at this stage. Any urgent or emergency maintenance will go ahead, any non-urgent will be postponed until guidelines deem it is safe to do so.
