… is the spacious and practical layout both inside and out that has been designed with a focus on everyday living and entertaining. … is the brilliant easy care lifestyle here. It’s spacious and great for entertaining but so easy to look after. You can literally lock and leave and it’s all good
… is being able to park a caravan or boat or the kids cars (yes we’ve had all the options covered) on our property and still be able to get in and out of the double garage. We found this so hard to do find when it came to easy care strata properties. It’s a real bonus
… is being a “survey strata” property we have virtually no levies and we can do anything we like to the property
… is the convenience of living in this excellent location. We have a park in the street, Karrinyup Shops within a short walk, Lake Gwelup Nature Reserve 500m away and have easy access to the freeway
